Im hiring for my client in Canada for a Sage X3 Technical Analyst role. This is a remote, full-time permanent position . (Please note: The client cannot provide visa sponsorship candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.) About the Role: The ERP Analyst will play a key role in the design, implementation, and optimization of the companys enterprise business processes, with a primary focus on Sage X3 Finance . This position serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Sage X3 modules and ensures the ERP platform supports efficiency, compliance, and a seamless user experience across Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Manufacturing , and other business areas. Key Responsibilities: Configure, support, and enhance Sage X3 ERP modules, primarily within Finance. Collaborate with business and IT teams to improve workflows and integrate new functionalities. Lead and support ERP projects , including new module rollouts and process automation. Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Develop documentation, deliver user training, and support change management. Partner with external vendors and internal stakeholders to align ERP solutions with evolving business needs. What Were Looking For: Strong experience with Sage X3 ERP (Finance focus preferred) . Background in ERP design, implementation, and user support. Understanding of business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, and HR. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Must be legally eligible to work in Canada (no visa sponsorship available).
