For more information, please visit Work Term Start Date : May 2026 (available for 16-month term) Position : Internship Title : Engineering Student Job Location: Calgary, Alberta Key Responsibilities: Work with Area Engineers on the following: Support team through data acquisition/analysis for optimization of projects, well records reviews, lookback reviews and ongoing operations and engineering support Gain exposure to all aspects of well operations including drilling, completions, well servicing and well abandonment Make field visits to observe and learn Creating and updating wellbore schematics Conducting detailed project cost auditing & post project analysis Maintaining vendor pricing and quotes Field visits to review safety and for critical jobs on a learning basis Completing detailed programs and cost estimates and sending them to the Superintendent for review Receiving work requests and approvals for expenditure (AFE) Managing Wellbore Integrity and Liabilities within current AER Directives Job Requirements : Currently enrolled in a 3 rd or 4 th year of an Engineering Program Currently living or willing to move to Calgary Possess a valid Class 5 Alberta drivers license or equivalent out-of-province license. Oil and gas experience an asset but not necessary Strong written and verbal communication skills Must be able to work in a multi-disciplinary team Computer skills are essential Safety conscientious If interested, please forward your resume and transcript to [email protected].
