VP, AI Business Consulting and Process Automation Reporting To: SVP, AI, Data & App Innovation Location: Canada preferred (Hybrid work arrangement with travel as required) Purpose The VP, AI Business Consulting and Process Automation will lead Centrilogics consulting practice focused on AI-driven business transformation and intelligent process automation. This role is responsible for defining strategic direction, driving innovation, and ensuring delivery excellence across client engagements. The VP will act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, aligning technology solutions with business objectives to maximize ROI and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the vision and roadmap for AI Business Consulting and Process Automation. Aligning practice goals with Centrilogics corporate objectives and growth strategy. Client Engagement & Advisory: Serve as an executive sponsor for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and business value realization. Translate complex business challenges into actionable AI and automation solutions. Practice Development: Build and scale a high-performing consulting team with expertise in AI, process automation, and digital transformation. Establish best practices, frameworks, and accelerators for AI-first consulting engagements. Delivery Excellence: Oversee end-to-end delivery of consulting projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and measurable outcomes. Implement governance models and operational controls for efficiency and compliance. Innovation & Thought Leadership: Drive adoption of emerging technologies such as generative AI, agentic workflows, and intelligent automation platforms. Represent Centrilogic in Industry Forums, client showcases, and analyst briefings. Required Experience 15 years in business consulting, with at least 5 years in AI and process automation leadership roles. Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale transformation programs. Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, automation platforms (e.g., RPA, intelligent workflows), and cloud ecosystems. P&L ownership experience and ability to manage multi-million-dollar portfolios. Personal Characteristics Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
