Iris''s client, one of the world''s largest multinational Investment banking and financial services corporations, is looking to hire a Mean Stack developer for a Long-Term opportunity. Work location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid Onsite 4 days a week) Key Responsibilities : Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications using the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js). Build and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs. Develop reusable UI components and front-end architecture using Angular. Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance. Work closely with product managers, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features. Implement best practices for coding, testing, and application security. Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full application stack. Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers. Required Skills & Qualifications : Minimum 7 years of professional software development experience. Expert-level proficiency in Angular 2 & above. Strong experience with Node.js and Express.js. Hands-on experience with MongoDB, including data modeling and performance optimization. Proficiency in GraphQL, including schema design and resolver implementation. Solid understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design. Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP preferred). Strong debugging, optimization, and problem-solving abilities.
