Now Hiring: Business Intelligence (BI) Developer Location: Mississauga Corporate Office Industry: Food & Beverage Employment Type: Full-Time Reports To: Manager, Business Intelligence About the Opportunity Our client, Mother Parkers Tea & Coffee is seeking a skilled and innovative BI Developer to join our Business Technology Solutions (BTS) team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about data, analytics, and AI-driven transformation. Youll design scalable BI solutions, integrate external data sources using lakehouse architecture, and lead automation initiatives using Microsoft Copilot, Power Apps, and Power Automate. Key Responsibilities Develop Power BI dashboards and semantic models Build and optimize data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric Load and Transform data using python notebooks and SQL Integrate external data sources (APIs, ERP, cloud storage) Leverage AI tools to enhance reporting and decision-making Create low-code/no-code apps with Power Apps Automate workflows using Power Automate Collaborate with business teams on data and reporting requirements Mentor users and assist with data validation Ideal Candidate Profile 5 years of Power BI development experience Expertise in Microsoft Fabric (or Azure Synapse) and lakehouse architecture Strong SQL, data warehousing and data integration skills Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and AI platforms Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and generative AI Solid understanding of data governance and reporting frameworks Python experience a plus Strong interpersonal and communication skills Why Join Mother Parkers?
