Were looking for a Technical Developer who brings a sharp eye for detail, a love of construction, and a collaborative mindset. Responsibilities Support the full development life cycle - from early sketches to final samples Manage and track samples with accuracy and urgency Build and maintain organized, up-to-date Bills of Materials Create and update tech packs that clearly communicate design and fit intent Assist in live fittings; capture notes, measure garments, and support pattern updates Develop and maintain garment specs, ensuring clarity and consistency Communicate with overseas and local partners to move development forward Collaborate closely with Design, Production, and Planning teams Help maintain consistency in construction, fit, and quality across the line Qualifications Bachelor''s degree in Fashion Design, Textiles, or a related field 27 years of experience in Technical Design or Product Development Experience with Gerber or comparable CAD systems Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator Solid foundation in garment construction, sewing, and pattern terminology Experience creating and fitting tailored, draped, bias-cut, and corseted garments Strong understanding of fabric types, including knits and wovens Pattern drafting and basic draping skills Proven ability to communicate effectively, clearly, and professionally Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Self-motivated and solution-oriented approach Adaptable to and comfortable in a fast-paced, iterative work environment Bonus Skills (not required but an asset) Experience with CLO3D Ability to speak or read Mandarin or Cantonese Familiarity with PLM systems Benefits Health & dental benefits Paid time off Annual performance bonus structure Generous employee discount and dress allowance How to Apply Please email your resume and portfolio to [email protected] with Technical Developer in the subject line.
