Job Description

Role Summary Lead pressureequipment integrity activities across the asset lifecycle. Provide technical direction to field integrity personnel, plan and execute inspections and repairs, support turnarounds, and translate inspection findings into practical integrity strategies. The role requires strong stakeholder leadership, frequent travel to field sites, and the ability to run meetings, manage schedules in Outlook, and communicate clearly with operations and contractors. Key Accountabilities Provide technical direction, coaching and development for Field Integrity personnel in coordination with Field Integrity Leads. Ensure execution of the Pressure Equipment Integrity Management System and Tank Integrity Management System. Plan, coordinate and execute pressure vessel inspections, tank internal inspections, coatings and repairs; provide field support during turnarounds. Coordinate with Field Operations and turnaround planners to schedule PSV, vessel and tank inspections/servicing (5Year Planner or equivalent). Review inspection reports and recommend integrity management strategies and repair scopes; align area plans with corporate integrity goals. Manage and oversee contractors and inspection vendors to ensure work meets code and company standards. Participate in risk assessments, fitnessforservice evaluations and corrosion management activities. Lead crossfunctional meetings and represent Asset Integrity in stakeholder forums; manage followups and schedules in Outlook. Required Qualifications & Experience Professional designation: P.Eng. or P.Tech. (APEGA registration required) . Experience: Minimum 7 years in oil & gas or related process industries with handson pressure equipment inspection/repair experience. Certifications: API 510 required. Drivers license: Valid Class 5 and willingness to travel to field sites. Technical knowledge: Familiarity with pressure equipment design codes, jurisdictional inspection requirements, and upstream facility operations. Communication: Proven ability to run stakeholder meetings, prepare clear reports, and manage calendars and followups in Outlook. Preferred / Asset Qualifications API 653, API 570, National Board, ABSA ISIBPVPP/PVPP certifications. NACE corrosion certifications or equivalent corrosion management training. Experience with 5Year planning tools and turnaround coordination. Experience developing integrity strategies and riskbased inspection programs.
