Akkodis is partnered with a global leading automotive manufacturer to recruit a Senior IAM professional to join a growing enterprise security team. They''re looking for a Senior IAM Analyst who can take ownership of identity platforms, integrations, and roadmap development. Instead of maintaining an existing platform, you will design, evolve, and optimize identity services across workforce, dealers, and customer environments. Your work will have a direct impact on access, security posture, and digital experience across the business. Key Responsibilities: Act as the subject matter expert for enterprise identity platforms Drive the migration of identity services to modern cloud platforms (e.g. Okta) Design and optimize authentication, authorization, RBAC, MFA and SSO Integrate IAM with enterprise solutions (Salesforce, MuleSoft, Workday, SAP, etc.) Develop and contribute to IAM roadmaps, standards and governance Reduce manual effort through automation (Terraform, PowerShell, Python) Support access reviews, certifications, and regulatory obligations Provide escalation support for identity incidents and platform issues What were looking for Minimum 5 years in Identity & Access Management experience Strong Okta experience (workforce and/or customer identity), preferably aiding in migration or integration related projects Experience integrating IAM platforms with enterprise systems Scripting or automation experience (Terraform, PowerShell, Python) Knowledge of SSO, MFA, OIDC, SAML, OAuth, SCIM Comfort with governance, policy, access reviews and regulatory frameworks Confident working with internal teams, vendors and service providers Leadership mindset, ability to recommend and drive solutions Nice to have Auth0, Azure AD or SiteMinder migration experience Exposure to PAM (CyberArk) Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOX, PIPEDA) Whats in it for you Brand new role with ownership & influence Highly visible position reporting directly to senior leadership Large investment in IAM, security and digital transformation Hybrid work environment, strong total rewards and career progression Opportunity to shape identity services for the future If youre passionate about building and improving identity platforms and want to be part of a team where your expertise matters, don''t hesitate to apply today!
