Workday HCM Architect (Higher Education) Remote Canada We are expanding our Workday AMS & delivery practice and seeking a Workday HCM Architect who can independently lead Higher Education engagements from design through deployment. What Youll Do Lead multiple Higher Ed Workday HCM engagements with minimal direction Drive design, configuration, testing, and production readiness Advise clients on best practices and Workday roadmap Collaborate with Engagement Managers to ensure delivery quality Serve as SME for Salessupport demos, LOEs, and solution strategy Maintain accurate forecasting and project documentation Build strong client relationships through trust and expertise What You Bring Required: Independent leadership of Higher Ed Workday implementations 5 years Workday HCM configuration & design experience 4 years as a Lead Consultant with a Workday Partner Active Workday Partner Certifications: HCM Core 1 (Learning, Talent, Benefits, Recruiting, Advanced Comp, or PEX) Strong hands-on expertise in Workday Security & Custom Reporting Excellent communication and client advisory skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment Team-oriented, self-driven, and thrives in a growing, entrepreneurial practice
