Now Hiring: Senior Solution Architect Master Data Management (MDM) Contract: December 1, 2025 December 31, 2026 Hourly Rate: $73.00 $77.00 We are currently seeking a highly experienced and strategic Master Data Management (MDM) Solution Architect to lead the future-state vision, multi-year roadmap, and global deployment of an enterprise MDM program supporting operations across more than 100 countries. This is a senior-level consulting opportunity for a hands-on architect who brings deep technical leadership, strong cloud architecture expertise, and the ability to influence executive stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Define and maintain the future-state MDM vision, solution architecture, and multi-year technology roadmap Own the complete end-to-end MDM solution architecture from conceptual design through physical implementation Lead and aggressively drive initiatives across MDM, Data Governance, and Cloud Data Management Design scalable, secure, and high-performing MDM solutions aligned with enterprise digital strategy Provide architectural leadership across complex MDM implementations, integrations, and transformations Design and maintain the full integration architecture supporting both real-time and batch interfaces Provide expert guidance on survivorship rules, match/merge logic, workflows, and reference data design Lead architectural planning, data modeling, proof-of-concept development, and platform optimization Own and maintain all critical architecture artifacts including solution design documents and diagrams Collaborate with business leaders, technology teams, and executive stakeholders to ensure alignment Apply AI/ML-driven approaches where applicable to optimize global data master processes Support enterprise-wide deployments and optimizations across global regions Guide standards, shared components, and enterprise architectural best practices Must-Have Technical and Functional Requirements 5 years of experience designing and architecting MDM solutions (7 years preferred) Deep hands-on implementation expertise in at least one major MDM platform, including: Reltio Informatica IBM MDM SAP MDG Semarchy Strong experience configuring MDM platforms including: Match rules Survivorship rules Workflows Reference data 35 years of hands-on AWS cloud experience using services such as: S3 Glue Lambda API Gateway Strong experience designing and implementing integration solutions using: MuleSoft Solace Deep understanding of enterprise systems consuming master and reference data including: CRM ERP Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence platforms Nice-to-Have Qualifications Strategic thought leadership with the ability to envision future-state enterprise data ecosystems Industry experience in Pharma, Biotech, or Information Services SME-level expertise in core master data domains: Healthcare Provider (HCP) Healthcare Organization (HCO) What Makes This Opportunity Stand Out Lead a global MDM program supporting 100 countries High visibility role with enterprise-level architectural ownership Opportunity to define long-term data strategy and modernization roadmap Work at the intersection of Data Governance, Cloud, AI/ML, and Enterprise Integration Long-term contract stability with highly competitive hourly compensation Contract Details Contract Start: December 1, 2025 Contract End: December 31, 2026 Duration: 13 Months Hourly Rate: $73.00 $77.00 If you are a senior-level MDM Solution Architect with deep platform expertise, strong cloud integration experience, and the ability to lead complex enterprise data transformations, we would welcome your application or direct message to learn more about this opportunity.
