Position: Mac Support Location: Vancouver, BC - Onsite Job Description: Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive diagnostic and support services across macOS, Windows OS, iOS, and Android devices. Provide Audio-Visual (AV) and conferencing room support , troubleshooting equipment and meeting room technologies. Maintain system security by updating antivirus definitions , performing spyware scans , and ensuring up-to-date system and application drivers . Perform hardware and performance checks including battery diagnostics and disk health reporting. Execute end-to-end laptop services , such as: Re-imaging Windows and Mac laptops System troubleshooting Laptop and application orientation/training Upgrading laptops, memory components, and smart devices Deliver user awareness and education on new services, applications, and available support channels (e.g., chat, self-service portals). Conduct proactive device health checks to prevent issues and ensure optimal performance. Communicate planned or unplanned service outages and maintenance windows that may affect user productivity. Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in both primary and secondary assigned languages.
