As an AI Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining advanced data products and AI-powered applications. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—including Data Scientists, Analytics Engineers, Front-End Developers, and ML Engineers—to deliver scalable and impactful solutions. Now, if you were to come on board as our AI Engineer, we’d ask you to do the following:· Develop and maintain scalable AI applications from concept to deployment;· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features;· Architect and implement efficient and reusable AI systems;· Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following best practices;· Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback and mentor junior team members;· Staying up-to-date with emerging AI technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement. Here’s how we’ll know:· Bachelors degree in a STEM field (or equivalent experience);· Strong experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, embeddings;· 2+ years of experience developing AI / data products in a hands-on capacity;· Proficiency in the modern data science stack (Python, NumPy, pandas);· Strong cloud engineering skills and ample experience taking AI ideas to production;· Experience with database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and data warehouses;· Familiarity with RESTful APIs;· Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies;· Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team environment;· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in relaying complex concepts to non-technical users.
