Join our team as a Production Team Member in our Stage 3 Packaging Department, where youll help prepare premium raw dog food that pet parents trust and dogs love. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with a close-knit team, and prefers an afternoon schedule - plus, youll earn a shift premium for working the 3PM11PM shift! **What You'll Do:** - Be a key player on our packaging line, helping prepare finished goods through filling and packing. - Rotate through various stations to keep things fresh and dynamic. - Refill packaging materials and inspect products to ensure top-notch quality and food safety. - Keep accurate records for traceability using HACCP forms. - Maintain a clean and safe workspace by following sanitation procedures. - Follow all GMPs, HACCP protocols, and health & safety guidelines. - Jump in to support other duties as needed - were all about teamwork! **What you Bring:** - Comfort working with raw meat and in cool/cold environments. - Ability to lift 3550 lbs and stay focused in a fast-paced setting. - Strong attention to detail and great communication skills. - A flexible, team-oriented mindset we win together!
