This role helps clients develop job readiness skills, access training, and secure sustainable employment while advocating for workplace accommodations and supports. Key Responsibilities Provide one-on-one employment counselling and develop individualized Employment Action Plans. Assist clients with resumes, interviews, job search strategies, and technology use. Facilitate job search workshops (in-person or virtual). Collaborate with employers to secure job placements and accommodations. Support clients for up to 12 months post-employment to ensure retention. Maintain accurate documentation in EOIS CaMS and ES Cases systems.
