Project ManagerCanada (Remote)$90 - $105 per hour 12-month contractPremier Group has engaged with a consultancy based in Canada who is seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to oversee a $1M implementation. This is a very large project so were looking for someone who has significant experience in Business Central, alongside being able to work other projects in parallel. Responsibilities: Act as the primary client stakeholder and main point of contact for the program.Drive priorities and urgency to keep initiatives on track and aligned with business goals.Lead cross-functional teams with a focus on maintaining optimism, morale, and momentum.Inspire confidence as a natural leader, able to influence without authority and bring stakeholders together.Manage challenging personalities and maintain productive, solution-focused relationships.Bring experience leading large-scale enterprise technology programs (ERP, AI/ML, data platforms, cloud, etc.).Have hands-on technical experience earlier in career (implementation, requirements, systems) to ground decision-making.Translate detailed requirements into broader business needs and actionable direction.Oversee and coordinate multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring alignment across teams.Familiarity with a broad set of technologies, including ERP, AI/ML, data platforms, and integration tools.Serve as the authority figure (the lead) responsible for accountability and outcomes.If youre experienced in Microsoft Business Central and looking to work in a large ERP implementation project, please do apply now for immediate consideration.
