Flexible Schedules Full-time and part-time (20-40 hours) positions available. Campaign hours can range 7 days per week from 8 am to 6 pm. How you will make an impact: Be the trusted advisor for our business clients Engage with small and medium-sized businesses to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions that drive growth. Negotiate with confidence Present value-based proposals and close deals that benefit both the client and our organization. Build lasting relationships Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction, identify new opportunities, and nurture long-term partnerships. Ensure accuracy and professionalism Keep detailed and organized records of client interactions, sales activities, and agreements to support a smooth sales process. Problem-solve with insight and initiative Anticipate client challenges, think strategically, and propose effective business solutions that deliver measurable results. Stay composed under pressure Manage objections, tight timelines, and evolving business needs with confidence and professionalism. Adapt and prioritize effectively Handle multiple leads, opportunities, and follow-ups efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer focus. Demonstrate exceptional communication skills Deliver clear, persuasive, and professional presentations to clients at all levels of their organization. Exhibit reliability and accountability Consistently meet sales goals, follow through on commitments, and take ownership of your results. Be present and positive. What makes you a great fit (above and beyond your mastery and love of Sales): Payroll experience an asset. Proven Track Record Continuous strong sales results with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a B2B sales or client relationship management with a knowledge of solution or consultative-based selling techniques. Fluently bilingual You speak and write in both English and French with ease. Availability & flexibility Able to work every day between 8 am and 6 pm, with flexibility to work outside those hours to contact customers when needed. For remote work, you must have a secure, quiet space with high-speed internet (25 MBPS minimum) Tech-savvy multitasker Comfortable navigating multiple systems and managing several tasks at once. Excellent communicator You express yourself clearly, concisely, and professionally. Meticulous, problem-solver You have a keen eye for detail and genuinely enjoy helping others, making customer service and problem-solving your strengths.
