Were Hiring: Head Technician (Sports Medicine) Energy Equine & Synergy Equine are growing and weve carved out a brand-new role to match our momentum. This role is not a corrective or gap-filling position. We have a strong team, and were looking for someone to align with us, lead with purpose, and help elevate our Sports Medicine department. Who you are: A licensed RVT (ABVMA, good standing) 5+ years in equine practice or applicable equestrian experience A proven leader that has managed direct reports: approachable, trustworthy, decisive, kind Present, communicative, and ready to be the go-to person for staff, systems & culture The Role: Full-time, MonFri (with flexibility as the position evolves) Must be able to travel to both Energy Equine (Airdrie) & Synergy Equine (Dewinton) weekly While not tied to a single veterinarian, this role requires a visible presence on the floor and a strong understanding of daily operations to support the entire Sports Medicine team Lead teams, oversee compliance, manage equipment, train new staff and provide leadership support Shape a new role created from growth with real opportunity to make an impact Why join us?
