If you're passionate about modernizing legal services and thrive in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment, this role could be a great fit.What You'll Be Doing:Managing client relationships from onboarding through to closing and follow-upPreparing client files for closing, including mortgage documents, client numbers, and all required paperworkCommunicating updates and next steps to clients throughout the engagementCoordinating with third parties involved in the client engagementManaging client support channels, including phone, email, text, and chatGathering and sharing client insights to inform product improvements and enhance the client experienceWhat You bring to the Table:2+ years of experience in real estate lawExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environmentComfortable with ambiguity and problem-solving independentlyTech-savvy; experience with G Suite and Slack is an assetClient service or sales experience is a bonus
