Heres how well know you are the best fit:Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in Occupational Health & Safety and/or Food Safety, including at least 2 years in a management role within a complex or unionized environment.A strategic mindset with a passion for long-term vision and inspiring leadership.Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Public Health, or a related field.Valid Drivers License.Certifications: CRSP/CHSC, CPH, or continuous food safety education (HACCP, GFSI, etc.) preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.Exceptional communication, facilitation, and analytical skills.Ability to inspire, support, and develop others.Working Conditions:Primarily office-based with periodic field visits.Frequent interaction with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies.Some travel required within Ontario.
