Visionet Associates is a boutique recruitment and talent advisory firm with a strong footprint across Asia-Pacific and China, now actively expanding our presence in North America to support multinational clients with cross-border hiring needs.Job Responsibilities:Manage full 360 recruitment activities, including business development, client acquisition, and end-to-end recruitment deliveryDevelop and grow client relationships within life sciences, technology, or manufacturing sectorsLead the complete recruitment lifecycle, from job briefing and sourcing to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and placementProvide consultative recruitment services, including market insights, talent mapping, and hiring strategy adviceProactively identify new business opportunities and contribute to the firms growth in the Canadian and North American marketsQualifications:Bachelors degree or above is requiredMinimum 3 years of experience in a recruitment firm in Canada or the United States, operating as a 360 consultant.Proven track record in both business development and successful job deliveryIndustry experience in life sciences, technology, or manufacturing is highly preferredStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsEntrepreneurial mindset with the drive to help build and grow a new market presenceCross-cultural team leading skills are highly preferred but not required
