Talented Team: Join over 250 dedicated professionals committed to excellence. **Position Summary** We are seeking a **Laser Operator** to join our Titan Matrix division manufacturing team. This role is responsible for fabricating metal components used in custom HVAC and data center equipment. The ideal candidate brings hands-on fabrication experience, strong blueprint reading skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. **Key Responsibilities** - Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and verbal instructions - Cut, bend, roll, punch, drill, weld, and form metal stock into parts and products - Operate metalworking machinery including press brake, shear, notcher, and plasma equipment - Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment - Clean, lubricate, and perform basic maintenance on machinery and equipment - Meet production deadlines while maintaining quality and safety standards Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors **Work Conditions & Physical Requirements** - Fast-paced manufacturing environment - Standing for extended periods - Repetitive tasks requiring manual dexterity - Attention to detail and hand-eye coordination - Combination of lifting, standing, and walking - Ability to handle heavy loads (up to **23 kilograms** ) Overtime may be required **Equipment & Machinery Experience** - Press Brake - Shear - Notcher - Plasma Machine - Forklift Laser or plasma table experience considered an asset **Qualifications** - Indentured **1st or 2nd year apprenticeship** preferred - Minimum **Grade 12 education** - Shop or HVAC manufacturing experience - Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints - Forklift experience - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Flexibility to work overtime when required Proven ability to complete projects efficiently and safely **What We Offer** - **Competitive Wages ** Based on experience and trade tickets - **Comprehensive Health, Dental & Vision Coverage** Premiums fully paid by ICE Western - **Paid Vacation** - **RRSP Matching Plan** - **Educational Allowance** - **Employee Assistance Program (EAP)** - **Company Events and Team Initiatives** - **Free On-Site Parking**
