Youll collaborate directly with clients, build trusted relationships with candidates, and work hand-in-hand with our research and administrative teams to deliver a seamless and thoughtful search experience.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a remote setting, values clear communication, and enjoys contributing to a positive, collaborative team dynamic.What Youll Be DoingPartnering directly with clients to understand their hiring needs and maintain an ongoing, collaborative relationshipInterviewing and evaluating candidates using a thoughtful, curiosity-driven approachGuiding and supporting research teams in sourcing top-tier candidatesPreparing high-quality candidate submission reports for clientsAssisting clients with offer development and negotiationQuickly learning and understanding clients emerging technologies across the Climate Tech and Deep Tech sectorsRepresenting Berkner Group with professionalism, empathy, and clear communicationWhat Were Looking ForA strong academic background (BS, MS, MBA, or PhD) paired with experience in executive recruiting or a relevant business field (e.g., operations, HR, sales, business development, nonprofit development)Experience in one or more sectors we cover, such as Renewable Energy, Electric Mobility, Energy Efficiency, Advanced Energy Storage, GridTech, Low-Carbon Fuels & Cement, Hydrogen, Industrial Biotech & Green Chemistry, Carbon Removal, Sustainable AgTech & FoodTech, Circular Economy & Advanced Materials, Robotics & Autonomy, and other emerging Climate Technologies.
