We are seeking a full-time Recruitment Coordinator for a 3-month contract to support hiring at our mass timber manufacturing facility. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.About Element5:Element5 is an industry leader in mass timber design, manufacturing, and construction. We collaborate with architects, engineers, and builders to create innovative, sustainable, and buildable timber solutions that redefine modern construction.Role Summary:Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Recruitment Coordinator will support high-volume hiring for production and office roles. The successful candidate will be responsible for posting job openings, screening applicants, and serving as the first point of contact for candidates, helping ensure staffing levels support ongoing production needs.Key Responsibilities:Post production and office roles across online job boards and internal platforms.Review and screen incoming applications. Act as the first point of contact for candidates, responding to inquiries and scheduling next steps.Track open positions and hiring progress to ensure vacancies are filled in a timely manner.Support hiring activities to maintain adequate staffing levels for production demands.Maintain organized recruitment records and applicant tracking documentation.Collaborate with HR and management on current and upcoming hiring needs.QualificationsRecent graduate or nearing completion of a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Relevant coursework in Human Resources, with a focus on recruitment and selection, is considered an asset.Strong organizational and communication skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-focused environment.Proficient with Microsoft Office and online job platforms.Excited to join us?
