**Job Title: General Labor** **Job Description** Join one of the largest custom casting manufacturers in the world, specializing in an extensive line of architectural casting products, primarily focusing on ceilings. We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our general casting team. **Responsibilities** Operate hand and power tools effectively. Assist in general labor tasks related to casting production. Follow blueprints for precise manufacturing. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Handle materials and products safely, with the ability to lift up to 50lbs. **Essential Skills** Experience with hand and power tools. Ability to lift 50lbs. Experience in construction or manufacturing environments. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** Previous experience working in a dusty environment. Experience working around fiberglass. Please note it can be very dusty, especially in the fiberglass department, which may have a strong smell. Safety gear, including steel-toed boots, protective coveralls, and safety glasses, is provided. Respirators or N95 masks are required in specific departments. Employees enjoy a lunchroom, and the company hosts BBQs, events, and Christmas parties. The day shift runs from 7:30 am to 3:45 pm, Monday through Friday, with a half-hour unpaid lunch and a 15-minute paid break.
