Parlee McLaws LLP has an immediate opening in our downtown Edmonton office for an experienced and motivated mid-to senior level lawyer to join our solicitor group working in the areas of corporate and commercial law. The ideal candidate will have a solid corporate and commercial practice and will have the opportunity to assist other senior lawyers within a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. Qualifications: A minimum of 8 years of corporate and commercial experience Partial or full portable corporate and commercial practice Alberta Law Society active membership that is current and in good standing Exercise sound judgment, manage conflicting priorities, and work collaboratively. Builds and maintains strong client relationships Responsive, resourceful, practical and diplomatic problem solver Superior organizational skills and attention to detail While meeting all requirements is preferred, applicants with a similar set of skills and experience may also be considered.
