Architecting, designing and deploying Amazon Connect solutions on the AWS platform. Amazon Connect is a global, cloud-based contact center service that utilizes skill-based routing, dynamic and personal contact flows, outbound calling, high quality audio, and real time/historical metrics. Leverage new technology paradigms (e.g., serverless, containers, microservices) Advise on implementing AWS best practices Influence infrastructure architecture by sharing your call and contact center expertise Basic Qualifications: BS level technical degree or 10 years equivalent professional or military experience Bachelors degree. At least 5 years of experience as a contact center technology architect, enterprise IT Architect or senior contact center software develop engineer working with leading contact center technology platforms and applications, such as Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, Verint, NICE, Salesforce, etc. Hands-on technical practitioner and individual contributor. Bachelors degree. Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering background preferred; Masters degree desired. 10 years of experience building call center / collaboration / telephony platforms in a Cloud or On-Premises environment, particularly building application integration capabilities for CRM/ WFM platforms. Professional Services or Consulting experience in highly-visible customer-facing roles. Responsibility for designing, implementing and operating contact centers or telecommunication infrastructures within an enterprise environment. Hands-on experience working on the design, development and deployment of contact center solutions at scale.
