Conduct user research, usability testing, and rapid iteration based on insights. Drive consistency and quality across procurement tools and digital touchpoints. 58 years of UI/UX experience with a Portfolio showcasing exceptional digital design. ~ A degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science , or a related field. ~ Expertise in modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD . ~ Proven leadership in managing end-to-end design projects. ~ Strong understanding of user-centered design, accessibility, and responsive design . ~ Experience with user research and testing methodologies. ~ Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript (nice to have). ~ Experience with agile teams and design systems . ~ Work on meaningful, high-impact design challenges.
