Job Title: Business Analystlocation: Waterloo, ON-hybridDuration: 9+ monthsWhat the Role OffersAn opportunity to work with a leading solutions provider in the commercialfinance and leasing market, supporting clients across equipment finance, asset-backed lending, and floor plan financing.Close collaboration with a dedicated team of Business Analysts and Developersfocused on improving delivery timelines and evolving solution capabilities acrossa growing client base.Exposure to complex, high-impact projects that help financial institutions digitize,automate, and optimize their commercial lending operations.A chance to contribute to product evolution in a rapidly changing commercialfinance landscape where automation, compliance, and customer experiencedrive innovation.What You Need to SucceedBachelors degree and significant experience in commercial finance, equipmentleasing, floor planning, dealer financing, or related financial services domains.Strong functional knowledge of end-to-end lending and leasing processes,including origination, credit assessment, funding, contract lifecycle management,servicing, collections, and end-of-term workflows.Experience with applications and platforms that support commercial lending,leasing, or dealer financing (e.g., loan origination systems, lease managementsystems, credit decision engines, dealer portals).Ability to simplify and streamline complex financial or operational processes.Familiarity with compliance, risk management, asset tracking, reconciliation, andreporting requirements within commercial finance is an asset.Experience working within Agile delivery environments, particularly Scrum, isbeneficial.
