Since its inception, our innovative team members have been solving the most complex business, and IT challenges of our global clients.Job Description:6+ years of experience in information technology/software development with a proven ability to ensure high quality results and with expertise in test automation, agile methodologies, and QA best practicesStrong hands-on experience in Java Selenium for UI automationSolid knowledge of QA methodologies, test planning, system dependencies, and product integration phasesExperience with CI/CD pipelinesExperience in mobile testing and API testing using tools like postman, Rest AssuredIndividual contributor role requiring hands-on experience in test automation, mobile and API testing Solid understanding of devising test strategies, conducting and/or coordinating tests, and identifying defects to maintain high standards of performance and reliabilitySolid experience with ensuring end-to-end quality and implementing testing strategies, automation frameworks, and best practicesStrong understanding of working in an agile environment with various scrum teams, using test management tools such as JIRA / XRAYStrong hands-on experience in Java Selenium for UI automationSolid knowledge of QA methodologies, test planning, system dependencies, and product integration phasesBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of technical education and work experienceExposure to the Atlassian tool sets, Bitbucket, JIRA, Confluence, etc. Ability to lead and collaborate in Agile environments, actively participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectivesExcellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with onshore and offshore teamsLeadership capabilities to guide and collaborate with offshore teamsAbility to lead teams in a fast-paced environment with short sprint cyclesAbility to lead the continuous improvement of testing processes, identify gaps and implement automation where feasibleAbility to work closely with developers, product, and business stakeholders to align testing efforts with project requirementsAct as a bridge between onshore and offshore QA teams, ensuring smooth coordination, knowledge sharing and timely issue resolutionDrive and mentor QA team providing technical guidance and ensuring best QA practices are followedAbility to coordinate tool enhancement needs with infra/tools teamAbility to communicate on team's behalf to both technical and non-technical audiencesWarm Regards,: (289) 633-4046
