Data Conversion Lead | Remote (Canada)Halifax Canada (Remote)We are looking for a Data Conversion Lead to support our client on a large-scale identity and access management (IAM) migration initiative. This role is ideal for a senior data professional with strong leadership, ETL, and data migration expertise who can drive complex conversions with precision and accountability.The Data Conversion Lead will own data conversion and testing activities for migrating Employer and Producer user accounts from Secured Logons (SL) to ForgeRock and PlainID across 24 applications. This role ensures data integrity, accurate mapping, testing readiness, and smooth production migration, while coordinating closely with business and technical stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the data strategy for SL data conversion and migrationAnalyze, clean, and convert complex user data (primary, secondary, delegate accounts)Consolidate duplicate user accounts to achieve single identity per user aligned with XIAM standardsManage and centralize test data across Non-PROD and PROD PPV environmentsExtract and filter SL data for business outreach and account consolidationCoordinate updates to Salesforce and downstream systemsMaintain ownership, tracking, and documentation of all test and production dataPartner with business SMEs, test leads, and development teams for alignmentProvide clear status reporting, risk management, and documentationRequired Skills & QualificationsStrong experience in data analysis, data migration, and ETL processesAdvanced SQL and data manipulation expertiseExperience identifying data patterns, anomalies, and duplicatesKnowledge of IAM concepts and secure authenticationExperience with ForgeRock, PlainID, or similar IAM platformsFamiliarity with Salesforce data structures and integrationsBackground in large-scale application migration projectsExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsHigh attention to data accuracy, quality, and integrityKey ActivitiesChange Management & Sign-OffCentralized change requests (ADO / ServiceNow)Impact analysis across applicationsMandatory UAT validation and cross-team sign-off before productionCentralized Testing & ConfigurationShared integration test environmentsTest data management across all apps and environmentsAutomated regression testing for ForgeRock payload changesCommunication & GovernanceStandardized requirement templatesDashboards, impact matrices, and regular syncsAudit trails, compliance documentation, and SLA alignment
