With numerous branches across Canada and secure business plans for further growth and expansion, Robertson is seeking talented individuals to join our dynamic Company and be part of our continued success.Scope of the positionThe Inside Sales Representative is responsible for looking after all incoming customer calls, handling customer orders, and communicating with customers regarding quotes, returns, and specs. Duties also include checking inventory for product availability, providing delivery dates to customers, and verifying prices. The Inside Sales Rep will prepare and maintain sales order master files, customer lists and make routine decisions according to company policies and guidelines.Major Responsibilities:Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional mannerResponsible for handling customer service requests which include order entry, pricing, order maintenance, etc.Assist and support Account Managers with customer orders and requestsResponsible for quoting customersDeal with product-related problems that customers may have, such as defective products and the return of productsResponsible for spec products for customersResponsible for carrying out any other duties assigned by managementSkills and Qualifications:2-4 years' experience working in the electrical industry or Lighting Industry.High level of accuracy and attention to detailExcellent written communication skills and professional phone mannersAble to work in a fast-paced environmentA few reasons why its great to work for usRobertson Electric Wholesale is an established and fast-growing companyCompetitive salary and bonusComprehensive medical and dental benefitsRRSP matching planOpportunities for growth and development
