Leveraging your deep understanding of employee benefits, you make recommendations and present solutions to both clients and internal stakeholders. Your role extends to people management, where you coach and mentor junior team members, fostering their growth and development.Your role involves ensuring deliverables meet legislative requirements and client expectations through planning, managing, and peer reviewing work, including valuations, renewals, and RFPs. You excel in client relationship management, problem-solving, and communication, contributing to business growth by fostering client relationships, staying informed about our offerings, and supporting internal projects.
