You will join a large, collaborative team across Canada with the potential to grow in your career. Our approach to search drives consultants to develop a comprehensive understanding of our clients organization and the context of their business. This deep understanding allows us to provide continuous advice to clients to develop and support their talent management and acquisition programs.Key Responsibilities:Support Practice Partners and client organizations in the delivery of a search mandates, leading search strategy development, industry research, candidate outreach and assessment, and regular reporting.Develop and assess candidates while building strong relationships, interact with clients, and build substantive depth in various practices to help recruit high-performing leaders.Provide support to Practice Partners to build client relationships and business development opportunities.Education and Experience:University or college graduate or commensurate experience, with a minimum of 5+ years experience in a recruitment or broader human capital professional services role.
