The position can be based at any of our service locations across the country (see our office locations here). Reporting to the Branch or Regional Manager, this role involves coordinating technical services and staff within the assigned practice to promote regional collaboration. You will manage projects and clients within your practice, with a primary focus on practice and regional needs rather than individual branch needs.Qualifications:Successful Seller-Doer with strong client relationships and business development skills.Respected senior leader with technical expertise recognized internally and externally.Ability to lead multiple efforts across a large geographic area.Team builder with excellent leadership qualities.Broad regional understanding of discipline needs and emerging trends.Willingness and ability to travel between branch offices regularly.Essential Responsibilities & DutiesIdentify and pursue business development opportunities within your practice, including key clients, growth, and capture strategies.Foster client relationships and oversee projects within the practice.Collaborate with marketing to develop GEIs branding within your practice.Support the professional development of staff and serve as a resource.Aspire to position GEI as a thought leader in your practice area.Monitor and anticipate emerging trends and their impact on clients, staffing, training, and business needs.Participate actively in professional, industry, and policy groups relevant to your practice.Encourage staff publications and professional contributions.Promote health and safety culture and ensure H&S programs are followed.We are GEI.
