Senior Estimator Multi Family Projects Edmonton My client is seeking a Senior Estimator to join their dynamic Multi Family Division , where you''ll lead the estimating team of three and oversee the full scope of cost estimation, purchasing, contract review, and custom pricing. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed and reliable cost estimates for townhomes and mid-rise structures. Develop comprehensive project budgets aligned with client and project objectives. Lead and mentor Estimators, ensuring productivity and accuracy. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to refine estimates. Manage tender processes and trade selection recommendations. Finalize project budgets and oversee ERP data management. Maintain vendor databases and pricing structures. Qualifications Minimum 5 years experience in residential construction estimating.
