Site Superintendent Special Projects Weve partnered with a leading General Contractor to support the growth of their Special Projects Group. This team delivers a wide range of projectsfrom high-end restaurants, spas, and private schools to commercial interiors and new buildsbringing creativity, precision, and collaboration to every job. As a Site Super in the Special Projects Group, youll take ownership of unique, fast-paced projects that require versatility and innovation. Whether its transforming interiors, delivering ground-up builds, or managing complex commercial spaces, youll be the driving force ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. Key Qualifications - 10+ years experience as a site superintendent or field supervisory role, leading interiors and new build assignments up to $15M. - Expertise in field coordination, safety compliance, scheduling, and multi-trade site management on large-scale projects. - Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, committed to site-level quality and teamwork. - Proficiency with construction management software; ability to read and interpret drawings, specs, and schedules. - Red Seal, Gold Seal, or equivalent trade certifications and qualifications preferred. Key Responsibilities - Oversee all on-site construction activities, leading and coordinating subcontractors, trades, and site personnel to achieve safe, timely, and high-quality results. - Champion and enforce safety protocols and compliance, fostering a safety-first culture on site. - Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, work quality, and adherence to project schedules. - Collaborate closely with project managers, consultants, and trades to ensure alignment and effective problem-solving. - Maintain up-to-date site records, daily logs, and progress reports, providing clear updates to all stakeholders. - Manage material procurement, equipment delivery, and site cleanliness through every phase of the build. - Lead and mentor site teams, building a collaborative atmosphere focused on project goals and client satisfaction.
