Our unique programming offers Behavior Consultation, SLP, OT, PT and intervention, social and life skills training, academic support, and other services to individuals of all ages. With an unwavering commitment to quality care, our team works collaboratively with professionals, families, and individuals to develop goal-directed options and effective treatment plans. The potential candidate must have an in-depth understanding of children with ASD & other developmental disabilities with working knowledge of applied behavioral analysis. We are looking for an individual that can work within a team setting, the ability to work remotely from home, connect with families and create behavioral programs. The candidate must be able to take a relational lens and holistic perspective when working with children and families. The Behavior Consultant/ BCBA must have the following: Masters degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology or related field; Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team Working knowledge of trauma and associated relational dynamics Certified or eligible for Registry of Autism Service Providers (RASP) Direct clinical experience in behavior analysis or intensive behavioral intervention for clients with disabilities; Managerial/Supervisory experience is required; Experience writing behavior programs Strong oral and communication skills Salary Negotiable based on experience Comprehensive benefits Package Must be able to onsite in our Nanaimo Center Job Types: Permanent, Part-time Pay: $40.00-$55.00 per hour Benefits: Extended health care Application question(s): Are you eligible for BCBA Licensing?
