Customer Service Representative We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused representative to join our team. As a representative, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone calls and live chat support. Your primary responsibility will be to provide first-class assistance to customers regarding delivery status, redirected mail, rates, and general service questions. You will also manage multiple chats simultaneously, ensuring responses within set service standards. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to de-escalate and resolve customer concerns effectively. Previous customer service experience is an asset, but not required.
