Job Title: Dishwasher Location: Perkins restaurant, Ottawa,ON About Us: At Perkins, We're looking for a reliable, hard-working individual to join our busy kitchen family and keep things sparkling clean. What You'll Do (Responsibilities): Operate commercial dishwashers and hand-wash pots, pans, and delicate items efficiently. Sanitize kitchen tools, surfaces, and work areas. Restock clean dishes, glasses, and utensils for service staff. Maintain a clean, organized, and clutter-free dish pit and kitchen. Assist with basic food prep, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal as needed. Follow all health codes, safety, and sanitation procedures. What You Bring (Requirements): Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Team player attitude with good communication skills. Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs.
