Your responsibilities will include:Assisting with the annual planning and organization of work related to pension plan administrationParticipating in the production and verification of related tasksTraining and coaching your fellow team membersManaging and monitoring the budgetBoosting client satisfaction by attentively addressing their needs and promptly responding to requests from clients, members, and trusteesAssisting the team in executing various special projectsProposing innovative methods for improving our processesWhat You BringWere looking for someone with passion, experience, and the right qualifications. Heres what youll need:A minimum of 4 years relevant experience in Defined Benefit (DB) pension administrationA Bachelors degree in mathematics, finance, administration, economics, actuarial science, or related fieldA talent for collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and clientsStrong analytical thinking and keen attention to detailExceptional organizational and resourceful skillsStrong communication and team collaboration skillsHighly developed customer service abilitiesExcellent spoken and written English communication skills (bilingualism is an asset)Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, OneNote)Ready to embark on an exciting journey with us?
