Job Description - Applications Consultant 2 - Oracle HCM Consultants (053892) Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Resource with at least 3 yrs of Functional experience on two of the Oracle Cloud modules: Oracle Cloud Core HR, Benefits, Absence, Payroll, Time and Labor, Talent Management, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Taleo. Experience - Worked on at least 2 end to end Oracle Cloud Implementation and Support projects. - Knowledge and experience of Oracle Unified Methodology and/or AGILE experience. Required Skills - Must have excellent written and oral communication skills and problem resolution skills. - Experience of Data Conversion project would be an added advantage. Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment. Applications Consultants have expertise in a specific technology environment. They are responsible for softwarespecific design and realization, as well as testing, deployment and release management, or technical and functional application management of clientspecific package based solutions (e.g. SAP, ORACLE). These roles also require functional and methodological capabilities in testing and training. You focus on building solutions and on maintaining, optimizing and improving a clients applications and systems. You contribute to a business and technical blueprint and customize the respective Software Package Core Module. You may also be responsible for unit testing, contribute to integration testing, and/or be responsible for the design and delivery of enduser training. Qualifications - 37 years (2 years min relevant experience in the role) experience, Bachelors Degree. - Should have or seeking SE Level 1 certification. - Proficient in Package Configuration. - Progressing skills in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Testing, Architecture Knowledge, Technical Solution Design and Vendor Management.
