Were Hiring: Administrative Assistant / Front Desk Executive (Full-Time, In-Person) Mississauga, ONWe are looking for a confident and outspoken Administrative Assistant / Front Desk Executive to join our team on a full-time, in-person basis at our Mississauga office. This role suits someone who can handle calls, manage appointments, and multitask in a fast-paced office environment.About UsWe are a client-focused professional services firm based in Mississauga, working closely with students and clients across the GTA. Our work involves appointment coordination, documentation, and daily administrative support. We value professionalism, clear communication, and good customer service.Key Responsibilities Manage front desk duties, greet visitors, and handle multi-line phone calls professionally Book, confirm, and manage appointments and calendars Provide prompt and courteous customer service to clients and visitors Perform accurate data entry using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Maintain electronic and physical filing systems Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software Proofread documents before circulation Support daily admin work such as scanning, copying, emailing, and mailing documents Coordinate meetings and follow up with clients as needed Handle client records and documentation (experience with medical or dental offices is an asset)Requirements Fluency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi (mandatory) Confident communicator with strong phone etiquette Ability to multitask and stay organised Comfortable using email, calendars, and office software Candidate must be in Canada and legally eligible to work Full-time, in-person availability requiredHow to ApplyApply via LinkedIn with your updated resume.
