Industry: IT &##Job Title: Business System Analyst &##Contract: 6 Months We are seeking a hands-on Business Systems Analyst / Systems Engineer to support a growing Legal IT team during a period of increased system implementations and operational demand. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working close to the business, supporting enterprise systems in UAT and production, and helping drive successful rollouts and continuous improvement. The position will focus primarily on supporting an Enterprise Legal Management (ELM) / case management system currently in UAT with an upcoming launch, followed by ongoing enhancements and fast-follow releases. In 2026, the role will expand to support an eBilling platform RFP and broader AI-driven initiatives . Support day-to-day operations of a case/matter management (ELM) system, including UAT support, bug triage, fixes, and post-launch stabilization Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and refine system requirements Create and maintain functional documentation, process flows, and configuration artifacts Coordinate UAT activities, document test scenarios, and track outcomes Support system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Legal, IT, vendors, and operations teams Support emerging AI initiatives, including basic prompt engineering and workflow automation Core Technical Skills Business Systems Analysis experience supporting enterprise applications CLM or contract management system exposure UAT coordination and production support experience Hands-on system configuration and troubleshooting experience eBilling or legal spend management system exposure Basic AI exposure (prompt engineering, workflow automation, or AI-assisted tools) Experience supporting system implementations or platform migrations Bachelor''s degree or equivalent experience ~5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role ~ Able to balance operational support with project-based work Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
