Our team of physiotherapists, chiropractors, and wellness practitioners work together to support recovery, improve function, and promote long-term health for our patients.*Position Overview*We are currently seeking a *Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)* to join our interdisciplinary team. This is a full-time position with availability required for evening shifts during the week and Saturdays. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care, eager to collaborate with other healthcare providers, and committed to professional growth.*Responsibilities** Provide therapeutic and rehabilitative massage treatments to patients referred by physiotherapists and other providers.* Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs.* Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.* Collaborate with physiotherapists and other clinicians to ensure coordinated patient care.* Educate patients on injury prevention, self-care, and wellness strategies.*Qualifications** Current registration and in good standing with the *College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)*.* Proof of liability insurance.* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.* Experience in a clinical or rehabilitative setting (preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply).* Availability for evenings and Saturdays.*What We Offer** Competitive compensation on a percentage split (to be discussed).* Steady patient referrals from an established physiotherapy practice.* Administrative support, including scheduling and billing.* A modern, professional clinic environment with treatment rooms and supplies provided.* Opportunity to grow your caseload within a supportive healthcare team.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timeExpected hours: 1 37.5 per weekBenefits:* Company events* On-site parkingWork Location: In person
