Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager, EPC who thrives in a fast-growing, high-performing environment? Our client is seeking a driven, hands-on leader who can elevate project delivery, mentor a talented team, and help shape the future of a thriving EPC firm. If you take ownership, lead with integrity, and care deeply about your work, your team, and your clients, this role offers the opportunity to provide strong, hands-on leadership while driving projects forward. It also provides significant potential to grow into a senior, strategic leadership position. Lead multiple large-scale infrastructure and EPC projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget objectives are consistently achieved. Oversee project budgets, contracts, schedules, and deliverables to drive operational excellence. Coordinate and manage subcontractors and project teams across all project phases, from planning through to completion, with a strong focus on collaboration and accountability. Provide technical and operational leadership to project teams, fostering a culture of ownership, communication, and continuous improvement. Collaborate directly with clients and internal teams to maintain alignment and communication throughout project lifecycles. Contribute to strategic project planning and process improvement initiatives that strengthen operational performance. Provide technical and operational insights to enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction. Support and reinforce a strong, positive, and high-energy team culture built around accountability, respect, and performance. Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction, energy, utilities, infrastructure (preferably multi-million dollar projects). Bachelor's degree in engineering/construction preferred (or equivalent experience). Strong knowledge of contracts, budgets, and project controls. Proficiency with project management tools/platforms (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera, Bluebeam). Hands-on approach to management willing to 'get in the weeds' when needed. Willingness to travel as required. A self-starter who can work independently, think critically, and execute effectively without close supervision. Someone who cares about the brand, the team, and the quality of work.
