Sr Project Manager IT / Digital TransformationOur client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support ongoing workload and lead complex IT initiatives across enterprise environments. This role focuses on end-to-end project delivery, organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, and change management, with a strong emphasis on ITSM, ServiceNow, cloud migrations, and SaaS implementations.The ideal candidate brings a structured, hands-on project management approach and is comfortable coordinating across technical and business teams to ensure seamless process integration and alignment with ServiceNow capabilities.What Youll Be DoingLead the full project lifecycle from initiation through closure, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality parametersDefine project objectives, scope, deliverables, and budgets in collaboration with internal and external stakeholdersDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, visual diagrams, and risk registersTrack progress against milestones and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependenciesFacilitate regular project status meetings and provide clear, concise reporting to stakeholders and leadershipCoordinate cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and high performanceSupport organizational readiness and change management activities using frameworks such as ITIL, PMP, and ADKARAssist with process engineering and business architecture coordination to ensure alignment with ServiceNow and ITSM processesConduct post-implementation reviews, document lessons learned, and contribute to continuous improvement of project management practicesWhat Youll BringPost-secondary degree or diploma in a related fieldPMP or PRINCE2 certificationProven experience delivering IT projects, ideally within government or public sector environmentsStrong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practicesSolid understanding of SDLC methodologies and experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)Hands-on experience with ITSM, ServiceNow, cloud migration, and SaaS projectsProficiency with project management tools, collaboration platforms, and the Microsoft Office suiteAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adapting to shifting priorities
