What you can expect to do here Technical security systems design (video surveillance, access control, intrusion detection, duress, realtime locating and integration / networking of these systems) Physical security audits and assessments Endtoend project delivery: security systems studies, concept design narratives, schematic design, detailed design, construction documents, tender review, project management, construction administration and project closeout Stakeholder engagement and requirement workshops Technical and functional workshops with diverse stakeholders Represent WSP as a subjectmatter expert in security and technology Develop clientfacing deliverables (specifications, reports, presentations) using MS Office, Bluebeam Studio, Adobe Acrobat, RevIT, AutoCAD and more Interpret design and construction issue technical drawings Facilitate technical and project meetings across all levels Mentor junior team members on CAD/RevIT deliverables Collaborate with local and wider security and crossdiscipline teams What youll bring to WSP Minimum 5 years experience in security consultancy Familiarity with alternate delivery models (Alliance, DBFM, Design Build, etc.) is an asset Experience with threatrisk assessments and physical security is an asset Experience in networking preferred Demonstrable experience managing large security projects Commercial acumen essential Strong presentation skills Flexible working approach Ability to obtain a Public Works and Government Services Canada Level2 security clearance and work in a secure environment Will work normal MondayFriday hours (85) and be willing to work overtime, evenings and weekends as required Willingness to travel periodically for project assignments Valid drivers licence and vehicle for client site travel About WSP WSP is one of the worlds leading professional services firms.
