Roska DBO Inc. is seeking a Millwright Coordinator to join our team in Grande Prairie. This role is perfect for a Journeyman Millwright whos ready to expand their work into commissioning, troubleshooting, and multi-discipline coordination.We welcome millwrights who have solid knowledge of electrical systems and are eager to apply their mechanical expertise in a strategic, project-to-operations role. Youll work with operations, electrical, and project teams to ensure facilities and equipment are ready for safe, reliable, and optimized performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead commissioning and start-up of mechanical systems and rotating equipment (e.g., compressors, pumps)Troubleshoot facility equipment and support operational optimizationCoordinate refurbishment and readiness of surplus mechanical equipmentCollaborate with electrical and operations teams to ensure facility readinessMentor team members and contribute to maintenance and operational procedure developmentWork with stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operationsQualificationsJourneyman Millwright certification (Red Seal preferred)Strong mechanical expertise with solid working knowledge of electrical systemsOil & Gas facility mechanical systems experience, including compressorsExperience in facility commissioning, start-up, and equipment testingEffective communicator and problem solver with mentoring abilityAbility to work across disciplines and manage multiple prioritiesValid Class 5 Drivers License with a clean abstractMust pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screeningRoska DBO Inc. is a customer-focused operations company with a 30-year track record offering expertise in production and equipment solutions on well sites and facilities.
