**ADVENTURE CAMP (ECE Preferred)** **location:** Toronto **Position Type:** Part-Time ( 1 hour) Can lead to Winter break, March break & Summer Camps ( full day camps) **Important information:** - ** for any questions** - Afterschool is 1 hour sessions - Camps are full weeks - salary - PA day camps are full day - 45 $ 1- 3 years experience - 35$ less then a year experience **Interview steps:** - Virtual Interview ( google meets only) - In person group interview ( Invite to main office) - Afterschool March break, Winter break Camps and Summer Camps coaching certification - Invite to first aid ( if required) **Position Overview** TAC Sports is seeking enthusiastic and responsible **Adventure Camp Counsellors with Early Childhood Education (ECE)** training to support and lead our adventure camps. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about child development, outdoor play, and creating safe, engaging experiences for young children. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead and supervise daily adventure camp activities for young children - Apply ECE principles to support child development and positive behavior - Ensure a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment at all times - Plan and deliver age-appropriate games, sports, and outdoor activities - Communicate effectively with parents, campers, and staff - Support daily routines, transitions, and camp schedules - Assist with equipment setup, organization, and clean-up - Represent TAC Sports professionally and positively **Qualifications** - **ECE diploma, degree, or current enrollment in an ECE program (preferred)** - Experience working with children in camps, childcare, or recreation programs - Strong understanding of child development and safety practices - Energetic, patient, and responsible - Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions - First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) - Vulnerable sector background check required **What TAC Sports Offers** - Supportive, fun, and child-focused work environment - Hands-on experience combining ECE and outdoor programming - Professional development opportunities (Coordinator
