Smiths Gardening Service is hiring crew leaders only for snow removal. The shift will start as early as 3 AM and our 12 hours long we offer a 60 hour biweekly guarantee if it snows a lot you will be compensated for every hour you work up to 80 hours biweekly. If it doesnt snow much at all, you are guaranteed 60 hours biweekly minimum. The job entail shovelling snow blowing snow sweeping snow using small equipment. You must have your own way to work for 2 AM.. We need people who are reliable. Thats it. We can train you. Take feedback from leadership and grow within the company.
